To resolve the validation errors complete the following steps:
Navigate to Income 13. Partnerships and trusts.
Click on 2. Share of net income from trusts.
Click on Worksheet.
Review each worksheet and either delete it or complete it with blank data.
Click Next until the Validation Page.
Validate the return to confirm the errors are resolved.
If you are still unable to update the worksheet, you will need to break the relationship between partnership and/or trust distributions using the steps below:
Go to the Client, click View Jobs.
Select Tax and untick the two boxes under Tax status.
Under Tax Status, untick the following two boxes:
Allow Distributions from Trust/P'ship.
Transfer Shared Jobs to this Return.
Reopen the return.
Re-enter any details needed back into income 13.
