⚠️Important: An IT person is recommended to complete the steps below.
Follow the below steps:
Simultaneously, press the Windows and R buttons on your keyboard.
This will activate the run dialogue screen.
Type %temp% and click ok.
The Temp folder will appear in File Explorer.
Open the Temp folder.
Delete the contents of that Temp folder only. Do not delete the Temp Folder.
Go back to Elite Practice Management.
Re-attempt to open the affected tax return.
