Follow the below steps to resolve the error:
Navigate to Income 11. Dividends
Click the Add/Edit button.
Remove Australia from the Taxpayers country of residence when dividend was paid or credited field.
Confirm the field is blank for Australia.

Country of residence when the dividend was paid or credited must not be provided.
