This error occurs due to a change in ATO specifications. Follow the below to resolve:
Navigate to the PAYG Summary screen.
Enter the amount as a PAYG item at the batch data item (assuming it's not from foreign income or pension and annuity lump sums etc) or disclose it elsewhere.
