To unlock the client:
Create a conversion backup.
Restore the conversion backup.
A conversion backup is the same procedure as a standard backup. However, instead of selecting standard, select conversion instead.
Tax: The client associated with this job is locked by X, so it will be opened as read-only
The job will not be able to be saved, and any changes to the client's details in the return will not be transferred back to Practice Management' when trying to open or lodge a return.
