Tax: IITR.000023 Check deceased taxpayer's title

'IITR.000023' error occurs when the title selected in the Personal Details section of the tax return does not align with the taxpayer's status.

If the taxpayer is deceased, update the title field to one of the following valid values:

  • EF (Executor)

  • RF (Representative)

  • TF (Trustee)

If the taxpayer is not deceased, remove the Date of Death or update it to the correct value.

Once the details have been corrected, recalculate the return and verify that the error has been resolved.
