This error generally occurs when the password has expired.
You will need to log in to MyAccess and Ask a question. You will also need to provide your:
Username
Email Address
You will receive a temporary password valid for 24 hours only. Follow the steps below to reset your password:
Login to reset your password: https://elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/WebClient/index.html
Click on the error message link stating your password has expired.
You will be directed to another page to update the password.
Update the password using these requirements:
Minimum 14 characters
A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters
A mixture of letters and numbers
Minimum one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ]
Does not use your first and last name
Does not use your business name
