Elite Online: Logon attempt failed. Sign in failed. Please check your username and password and try again

Error occurs when trying to connect Elite Online: Error when trying to sign into elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/WebClient/index.html.

This error generally occurs when the password has expired.

You will need to log in to MyAccess and Ask a question. You will also need to provide your:

  • Username

  • Email Address

You will receive a temporary password valid for 24 hours only. Follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Click on the error message link stating your password has expired.

  2. You will be directed to another page to update the password.

  3. Update the password using these requirements:

    • Minimum 14 characters

    • A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters

    • A mixture of letters and numbers

    • Minimum one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ]

    • Does not use your first and last name

    • Does not use your business name
