To have your password reset, log in to MyAccess and Ask a question and provide the following:
Reference the title of this article.
Username.
Email Address.
Once the temporary password has been received please use the following steps:
Login to reset your password: https://elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/WebClient/index.html.
Click on the error message link stating your password has expired. You will be directed to another page to update the password.
Update the password using these requirements:
Minimum 14 characters
A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters
A mixture of letters and numbers
Minimum one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ]
Does not use your first and last name
Does not use your business name
