Tax: Lodged returns appear in ready to be lodge list

Confirm cleared any outstanding ATO receipt numbers using the following steps:

  1. Open Elite Practice Management.

  2. Go to ATO Processing.

  3. Click the drop down button under Lodge Returns.

  4. Clear Outstanding ATO Receipt Numbers.

If the issue persists, log in to MyAccess and Ask a question, and quote your Customer ID. We will provide you with a lodgement password that will be valid for 24 hours.

Once received, mark the return as lodged using the following steps:

  1. Go to the relevant return.

  2. Select the Tax tab,Tax Summary.

  3. On the Lodgement Status, click the lodgement date and select delete.

  4. Enter the lodgement password and the response field will remain blank.
