Tax: EFT reports have not been received from the ATO

If the Report service for the Elite EFT reports has been disrupted use the following steps to resolve the problem:  

If you had a recent change to the tax agent details:

  1. Go Agent Reports EFT Reconciliation.

  2. Unsubscribe by clearing all details.

  3. Add the new tax agent details.

  4. Resubscribe.

  5. Request for the EFT reports again.

If the Reports are not received, notify the ATO to start resending the EFTs under the new tax agent name. If you continue not to receive the Elite EFT reports, use the additional steps below to resolve the issue.  

If you are using MYOB and or Xero, the EFT reports for these two companies are set to automatic.  Once a report has been retrieved by another product, the Elite EFT report is no longer available to be retrieved a second time.

You will need to notify MYOB and or Xero to remove the automatic status for the EFT reports in order to receive the Elite EFT reports.
