This report is an On Demand report, this means you will need to request the report from the ATO on a need basis. These requests are processed overnight by the ATO, please wait for the following day to retrieve the report.
How to request the report
Go to ATO Processing, Agent Reports, Income Tax Client report.
Select your Tax Agent .
Click Request New Report.
You will receive a Report ID and Date Requested
How to retrieve the report
Go to ATO Processing, Agent Reports , Income Tax Client report.
Click Retrieve pending report.
If the report has been processed by the ATO the report will download , otherwise try again later.
