Practice Management: Detailed WIP by Client Report error: None of the selected reports contain any data

The Detailed WIP by Client Report may show there isn't anything to print and or the Detailed WIP Report shows no information.

To resolve this issue, you will need to Pack the Database and Rebuild WIP Totals.

⚠️Important: Backup your database before proceeding.

  1. Open Practice management.

  2. Select the Practice Setup tab, Pack Database.

  3. Open Access Elite TimeCost.

  4. Select Tools, Rebuild WIP Totals.
