Practice Management: Client XXXXXX has data associated with them in your TimeCost database and cannot be deleted'

Error when attempting to delete a client.

A TimeCost folder exists in your database folder. You will need to delete this folder.

⚠️Important: Create a Backup your database before deleting the folder and proceeding with the below:

  1. Go to File.

  2. Go to Setup Manager.

  3. Go to Program Setup,Installation.

  4. Find the Location field.

  5. Open File explorer, navigate to the database location and check for the TimeCost folder.

  6. Delete the Timecost folder.

  7. Delete the client.
    ​

📌Note: If your unable to locate the TimeCost folder, contact support and have a screen shot of your database content ready.
