Tax: Forgotten Machine Credential Password

Machine credential passwords are managed locally by the tax agent. For security and confidentiality reasons, Access Group does not have access to these details.

If the password has been forgotten, a new machine credential must be created through your service provider. Be sure to securely record the new password for future reference.
