M2M Machine Credentials may be expired
Open Elite Practice Management.
Go to ATO Processing, PLS Setup.
If expired please use the steps in the knowledge article applicable to your version of Elite:

Machine Status
Is your machine's status currently active, or has it been revoked for any reason?
Use this link to check: https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au/
If the machine credentials have been revoked, create new machine credentials in the ATO RAM Portal and configure them in Elite PM.
If the machine credentials are still active, please provide a screenshot confirming their active status when creating the case.
Check Time Settings
Please check and confirm that your machine's date and time settings are correct.
Example: The device time is not synchronised with Internet Time.
If the time settings are correct, please provide the latest PLS Response generated when creating the case.
