Elite Practice Management loads then disappears after Windows 11 update.

This usually happens due to an incompatible .NET version. To resolve this issue please use the following steps:

  1. From your start menu search and open Windows Update, Update History.

  2. Scroll down to the Related settings section and click on Uninstall updates.

  3. Identify the update related to .NET

  4. Once identified, uninstall the update (How to uninstall a Windows Update - Microsoft Support). Please reach out to your IT if you require assistance on implementing these steps.

To resolve this issue, restart your device a couple times.

The new Windows update may take some time to fully recognise the software, and multiple restarts can help complete this process.
