To resolve this issue please use the following steps:
Determine the database location
Go to File.
Select Setup Manager.
Go to Program Setup/Installation.
Check the location under Embedded Database Settings.
Rename EDBConfig.EDBCfg
Login as Training (Password is blank).
Backup your database.
Close Elite Practice Management.
Go to your database location in File Explorer.
Find EDBConfig.EDBCfg
Rename EDBConfig.EDBCfg to EDBConfig.EDBCfg.Old
Use the administrator login to open Elite Practice Management.
