only use the following steps if the issue persists after updating to the latest version of Elite Practice Management 1.25.0.0
Backup your Elite Database.
Uninstall Elite Practice Management.
Uninstall RSBRE.
Clear out any remaining files in the file paths.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Elite\Practice Management
C:\RSBREC:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon\RSBRE
Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_32 and remove the following folders
RSBRE
RSBRE.Common
RSBRE.Security
Sbr.Core
Sbr.Core.Common
Sbr.ServiceModel
Sbr1.Core
Sbr2.Core
Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL and remove the following folders:
Rsbre.As4
Sbr.Validation
Reinstall Elite Practice Management.
