Practice Management: Administrator Password Forgotten in Elite Practice Management

User has forgotten the Administrator Password in Elite Practice Management

If you are unable to remember your password, it will need to be reset by support.

  • Desktop Users: Contact support to assist you with changing password.

  • Online Users: Contact support to assist you with changing the password with your Customer ID.

    To locate your Customer ID, go to Practice Setup: Enter Unlock Codes: Customer ID.
