Fix files are available to correct the errors: 'IITR.731236, EM0075, EM0003, EM004'.
⚠️Important: Backup your database before proceeding with any update/installation.
Follow the below to install the hot fix:
Download the IITR26.0.1.2 file.
Right-click the downloaded file and select Properties.
If you see an Unblock checkbox, select it and click Apply, then OK.
If the Unblock option is not available, you can safely continue.
Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
Open the extracted folder and double-click the installation file to begin the installation.
If the error continues, it indicates that the ATO has information recorded for the client that is not currently included in the tax return. We recommend using Pre-fill to verify that the information entered in Elite matches the data held by the ATO.
Follow these steps:
Open the tax return.
Click the blue cloud icon to start the Pre-fill process.
From the list of available pre-fill items, select only Taxable Payments and Interest.
Click Next and continue through the prompts until the Pre-fill process is complete.
Attempt to Pre-lodge the return from the Validation window.
Save and close the tax return.
Reopen the return and proceed with lodging it.
