To renew your Elite software annually, once your subscription payment has been completed, you are required to apply an unlock code in the Elite Setup Manager. This can be completed using one of the following:
Automatically via the Download method.
Manually request method.
Download method
Elite Practice Management includes a feature that automatically provides new unlock codes within 72 hours of your subscription payment.
Follow the below to use the download method:
Open Elite Practice Management.
Navigate to File, Setup Manager, Licensing Details.
Select Enter Unlock Codes.
On the Unlock Code Entry screen, click Download Codes Using the Internet.
Your unlock codes will then be downloaded automatically.
📌Note: You can repeat the process above for each additional computer that needs to be registered.
Manual request method
If you prefer to enter the unlock codes manually, they will be emailed to you within 72 hours of your subscription payment.
Open Elite Practice Management.
Navigate to File then Setup Manager, Licencing Details.
Select Enter Unlock Codes.
Ensure the Machine ID matches the correct unlock code by comparing the Machine ID displayed on screen with the Machine ID assigned to each product.
If they do not match, the unlock codes are valid for that computer.Enter the unlock code details provided.
