Note: Backup your latest database and store it somewhere secure and accessible in your local device as soon as possible.
Make a note of your Username and Business Name.
Follow the instructions below:
Go to Elite Practice Management, Practice Setup, Backup.
To confirm the backup path, click on Browse, and ensure the back file is in the S: Drive.
Download the File Explorer shortcut, open and locate the backup file.
Copy the backup file from the S: Drive and paste in the C: Drive so that you can access it in your local device.
Once confirmed and secured all the backups in your C: Drive, download the required modules (Tax, Ledger, TimeCost etc).
You can find the desktop releases for download in MyAccess Portal Release Information.
Once you've installed Elite PM and all the modules required, please contact 1300 288 224 (option 4) then select number 5 for Elite. Alternatively send an email to [email protected]
Please notify your cancellation request followed by a request for a temporary unlock codes for Elite Desktop as you need to restore your current database for future reference.
Contact support and provide your Customer ID and Machine ID This information can be located by going to Practice Setup, then Enter Unlock Codes.
Once you have received an email from renewal team regarding your unlock codes, you may click Download Codes Using The Internet button to populate the unlock codes automatically or you can paste the unlock codes manually as well in the Unlock Code column.
Once your temporary license has been activated, restore your current database.
Please notify us once you have successfully restored the database for deprovision process.
