Follow the steps below to migrate from Elite Online to Elite Desktop:
Login to Elite Online and go to Elite Practice Management, Practice Setup, Backup.
Confirm the backup path, click on Browse, and ensure the back file is in the S: Drive.
Download the File Explorer shortcut, open and locate the backup file.
Copy the backup file from the S: Drive and paste in the C: Drive so that you can access it in your local device.
Once you have confirmed and secured all the backups in your C: Drive, download your required Elite modules (Tax, Ledger, TimeCost etc). Click here to access the desktop downloads: https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/release-notes
Once you have completed the installation of your Elite modules, contact Elite on 1300 288 224 (option 4) then select number 5 for Elite.

Notify us of your migration request followed by a new unlock code request for Elite Desktop, The unlock code is required to restore your current database to Elite Desktop.
Please provide your Customer ID and Machine ID during the call. This can be located by going to Practice Setup. Enter Unlock Codes.
Once you receive the email containing your unlock codes, Using the Internet button click Download Codes to populate the unlock codes automatically. Alternatively you can paste the unlock codes manually in the Unlock Code column.

Please notify us once you have successfully restored the database for the deprovision process of Elite Online.
