Access Elite

Elite Online is not natively used by Mac OS. 

Use the following steps to use Elite Hosted on your Mac:

Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the App Store.

Use Google Chrome to login to the <a href="https://elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/Default.aspx" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Elite Hosted Remote Desktop</a> page.

Once logged in click on Practice Management. This will download a Remote Desktop file.

Open the Remote Desktop file. This should automatically open in Microsoft Remote Desktop app.

Proceed to authenticate with Rublon.

1. Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the App Store.
2. Use Google Chrome to login to the <a href="https://elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/Default.aspx" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Elite Hosted Remote Desktop</a> page. 
3. Once logged in click on Practice Management. This will download a Remote Desktop file.
4. Open the Remote Desktop file. This should automatically open in Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
5. Proceed to authenticate with Rublon.
