Go to Elite Practice Management, Practice Setup, Backup.

To confirm the backup path, click on Browse, and ensure the back file is in the S: Drive.

Go to <a href="https://elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/WebClient/index.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Remote Desktop Web Client (access-aps.com).</a>

Download the File Explorer shortcut.

Open and locate the database backup file. 

Copy the database backup file from the S: Drive.

Paste the database backup file in the C: Drive so that you can access it in your local device. 

1. Go to Elite Practice Management, Practice Setup, Backup.
2. To confirm the backup path, click on Browse, and ensure the back file is in the S: Drive. 
3. Go to <a href="https://elite.access-aps.com/RDWeb/WebClient/index.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Remote Desktop Web Client (access-aps.com).</a>
4. Download the File Explorer shortcut.
5. Open and locate the database backup file. 
6. Copy the database backup file from the S: Drive.
7. Paste the database backup file in the C: Drive so that you can access it in your local device.
