Try opening a saved PDF directly on your PC (outside of Elite).
If it does not open, there may be an issue with Adobe PDF that needs to be resolved outside of Elite Support.
If it opens, follow the below:
Open Adobe and go to Preferences.
From the Categories list, select Security (Enhanced).
Untick Enable Protected Mode at startup.
Untick Enable Enhanced Security.
Click OK and close Adobe.
Restart your PC and test Elite Ledger again.
