Practice Management: ElevateDB Error #300 Cannot lock the database PracticeManagement for exclusive access

To resolve this issue, ensure all PCs and the server are using the same UNC path for the database.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Open Elite Practice Management.

  2. Go to File, Setup Manager.

  3. Check the UNC Path for the database is correct for each PC and the Server. UNC path \\*****\Data\*****ESTORE\DATA***
