Practice Management: An error occurred when trying to initialise Practice Management. Reason could not find a path

This error occurs due to the RSBRE being corrupted and needing to be reinstalled. To resolve this issue please use the following steps:

  1. Backup your Elite Database.

  2. Uninstall Practice Management.

  3. Uninstall RSBRE.

  4. Clear out any remaining files in the file paths.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Elite\Practice Management
    C:\RSBRE
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon\RSBRE

  5. Reinstall Practice Management.

  6. Check that following file is present: C:\RSBRE\BDS\SBR\SERVER\Workflows\master.xml.
