This error occurs due to the RSBRE being corrupted and needing to be reinstalled. To resolve this issue please use the following steps:
Backup your Elite Database.
Uninstall Practice Management.
Uninstall RSBRE.
Clear out any remaining files in the file paths.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Elite\Practice Management
C:\RSBRE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon\RSBREReinstall Practice Management.
Check that following file is present: C:\RSBRE\BDS\SBR\SERVER\Workflows\master.xml.
