To resolve this issue please ensure the correct type of backup is being made. 

There are two types of database backups available, Standard and Conversion. 

If you are using an Embedded database, you require a Standard type of database backup.

If you are using a SQL server, you require a Conversion type database backup.

1. If you are using an Embedded database, you require a Standard type of database backup.
2. If you are using a SQL server, you require a Conversion type database backup.

The error occurs when trying to take a backup of the database.
