Follow the below steps to resolve the errors:
Backup your Elite Database.
Uninstall Practice Management.
Uninstall RSBRE.
Clear out any remaining files in the file paths.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Elite\Practice Management
C:\RSBRE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon\RSBRE
Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_32 and remove the following folders:
RSBRE
RSBRE.Common
RSBRE.Security
Sbr.Core
Sbr.Core.Common
Sbr.ServiceModel
Sbr1.Core
Sbr2.Core
Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL and remove the following folders:
Rsbre.As4
Sbr.Validation
2. Reinstall Practice Management.
