Full access permissions are required for below folders:
C:\ProgramData\QuickenElite\EliteCentral_AllUsers.ini.
C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Elite\PracticeManagement\elitecentral.exe.
To provide full access to the files, follow the below:
Locate the C:\ProgramData\QuickenElite\EliteCentral_AllUsers.ini.
Right-click and select Properties.
Go to the Security Tab.
Click Edit and then Add to include the user or group you would like to grant full access to.
Select the user or group, under the Allow column check the box for Full Control.
Click Apply and then OK to save the changes.
Repeat the above steps and apply to the C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Elite\PracticeManagement\elitecentral.exe file.
