Error when upgrading Practice Management

Error: 'Practice Management Is In Use:
Practice Management's main application file is in use. The installer can not be run while Practice Management is running'.

Follow the below to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Elite\Practice Management

  2. Rename EliteCentral.exe to EliteCentral.old.

  3. Confirm that Elite is closed for all users, then run the installer again.
