Follow the below to migrate to the new terminal server:
Backup and Install Elite
Run an Elite backup of the database from your existing Network System.
Download the latest version of Elite Practice Management and the remaining Elite applications that were installed on the previous server. These can be downloaded from the MyAccess under Release Information .
During the installation process, the following directories will be created:
C:\ElitePracticeManagementCache (Cache Directory)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Elite (Installation Directory)
C:\AccessElite\Data (Default Database Directory)
New Terminal Server
On the new Terminal Server install Elite PM, Tax and the remaining Elite applications.
Activate your license:
Take note of Customer ID, Old Machine ID, New Machine ID.Contact support to have your license activated.
On the new Terminal Server restore the database from the old terminal server backup.
When the database is restored check if all users can access the Elite applications at the same time and ensure none of the users are experiencing any issues.
