Practice Management: Customer ID is not remaining in the Customer ID field

When opening Elite, the Customer ID is not remaining stored in the Customer ID Field. You may find you are having to enter this in daily.

To resolve this issue please use the following steps:

  1. Open Elite Practice Management.

  2. Go to File, Setup Manager, Licensing Details.

  3. Untick Use Customer ID stored in database.

  4. In the field Customer ID, delete the text.

  5. Type in your Customer ID.

  6. Retick the box 'Use Customer ID stored in database'.

  7. Close Elite and reopen.
